1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or requesting services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
AZ Elevate provides residential and commercial contracting services in the Phoenix, AZ metro area, including but not limited to:
- Hardscaping — paver patios, driveways, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens
- Concrete & Paving — stamped concrete, driveways, patios, resurfacing, repair
- Landscaping — artificial turf, desert landscaping, irrigation, tree trimming, sod installation
- Interior & Exterior Painting — residential and commercial painting, cabinet refinishing, texture finishes
- Home Remodeling — kitchen, bathroom, flooring, additions
All services are subject to a written estimate and signed contract prior to commencement. The scope, timeline, and pricing are defined in the individual project agreement.
3. Estimates & Contracts
Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not binding until both parties sign a written contract. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary from the estimate if unforeseen site conditions, material cost changes, or scope modifications occur, and any such changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before work proceeds.
4. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in the individual project contract. In general:
- A deposit (typically 25–50% of the total contract value) is due before work begins.
- Progress payments may be required at milestones defined in the contract.
- Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project.
- Invoices not paid within 15 days of their due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
AZ Elevate reserves the right to pause or halt work on projects with outstanding balances.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Client-requested cancellations made after contract execution but before work begins are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations after work has commenced will be billed for all completed work plus reasonable restocking or material costs. Change orders must be submitted in writing and signed by both parties. AZ Elevate is not responsible for delays caused by client-initiated changes.
6. Warranties
AZ Elevate warrants workmanship for a period of one (1) year from project completion under normal use and maintenance. This warranty covers defects in labor and installation. It does not cover damage caused by:
- Acts of God, extreme weather, or events outside AZ Elevate's control
- Client modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow maintenance guidelines provided at project close
Material warranties are passed through directly from manufacturers where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZ Elevate's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client under the applicable contract. In no event shall AZ Elevate be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Website Use
You agree not to use our website to:
- Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the website
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without written permission
- Interfere with the website's operation or security
